Non-Offer Products:

• Eligibility for Exchange:
  Exchanges are accepted within 24 hours of receiving your order. To initiate the process, kindly email us at_nirupama.kamble@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91-7447786841 with your order number.

• Exchange Process:

• To proceed with the exchange the product (earrings or necklace) to the following address within 2 days. Ensure the product is securely packed with bubble wrap and includes the original invoice. Shipping to be borne by the customer for both the transitions

• Shipping Costs:
  The customer is responsible for the shipping costs when returning the product for exchange.

• Exchange Outcome:
  Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will issue a coupon code for the value of the returned item. The coupon code will be sent within 5 business days and can be used for future purchases at your convenience.

Offer Products:

No exchanges or returns are allowed on these items. We will only replace in case of damaged or missing items with the same design.
